Hey Fatty! Yes You! Try fatloss4idiots It’s true to say that people don’t shout that anymore. “Hey Fatty” no longer being politically correct but they still think it. “Look at that fat blob over there” they’ll say to their companions. You know it but pretend it’s not happening. After all it’s not your fault, is it? You don’t overeat, do you? You eat a balanced diet, don’t you? You try and exercise but it’s so difficult. No time, no inclination and no motivation. OK, maybe you could do more, “I’ll start again with the latest wonder diet tomorrow”. How many times have you said this to yourself? I’ll take up jogging again, yeh right. How about that gym membership you took out? No to embarrassing. Everyone at the gym looks terrific, except you. STOP, Think Again. I was that fat man. I was short and extremely overweight and of course totally unfit. Here I was at 58 years of age and a long, long history of diets and exercise plans behind me at 5’4”” and 250lb. I was heavier than at any time in my life. Despite spending a small fortune on diet products, equipment, books, gym memberships, classes, oh the diet clubs please don’t mention the awful diet clubs. You name it I’ve tried it. Then my doctor tells me I have high blood pressure and it’s a wonder I’m not diabetic. What me? I’ve hardly had a day’s illness in my life. But the clock is ticking. It’s time to take some drastic action. Where are my running shoes? I don't think so. I tried fatlos4idiots instead Now those of you who have been on a similar path will no doubt recognise yourselves in some of my experiences. Well at last there is some real help. Dieting does not work. Oh you can shed the pounds on a lot of these plans, even a sensible eating plan and regular exercise, just like the doctor ordered works for a while. However, the results are only ever short term. A year later and you’re heavier than before you started! It’s a vicious circle. None of the conventional diet plans work. None!
Low Fat Diets don’t work
. I think we’ve all been there buying all the low fat products and getting fatter.
Low Calorie diets don’t work. All you do is destroy your body’s metabolism. My sister who was also grossly overweight, having never lost the extra pounds after childbirth went on one of those dreadful meal replacement diets (low calorie) a year later she was no lighter and trying to return to normal eating was impossible as the smallest amount of food piled the weight on. She had totally destroyed the fat burning engine. I will tell her story at another time but I can tell you she looks great today after following my advice.
What about Weight Watchers, Slimming World, Jenny Craig
and all the other dieting plans. They have got it all wrong. I know some people think they are the best way to lose weight but in my experience they simply do not work in the long term. Just look at their slimmer of the year from a few years back and inevitably they are fatter now than before they started.
Low Carb Diets don’t work
. Quite simply because they make us feel miserable due to the fact they drain the body of energy. This in turn makes you feel awful. fatloss4idiots works The big problem is what we eat and when. We need to eat the right food and at the right time. That means eating plenty of food (more than 3 times a day) but it needs to be the right kind of food at the right intervals each day. My success in achieving my ideal weight does not involve any jogging (hooray) or starving yourself (double hooray). As I said before reducing your calorie intake simply destroys your metabolism. I found a plan which completely changed my way of thinking and boy did it work. It’s called “The Shifting Calories Theory” from fatloss4idiots your metabolism doesn’t know how much food you’ll eat tomorrow or the next day because that has not happened yet. Therefore your metabolism always burns calories based on your eating habits during the past few days…because it assumes you’ll continue to eat in the same way. However, what you do is shock your metabolism by doing something completely different….you do the opposite of what it expects you to do. I eat the same type of meals and calories for only a couple of days at a time, and I lose weight by doing this. For this system to work you need to shift the types of calories eaten and if you do this your metabolism will burn off all of the calories eaten. Then when it’s gobbled them up it will find the nearest fat tissue on your body and burn that too…It should be called fat loss 4smart people instead of fatloss4idiots In order for this to work effectively you need to shift your diet menu every few days…I bet this is something you never tried before, and that’s why you have never changed your body whilst dieting. Now obviously you need to eat “Fat Burning Compatible” foods so that your metabolism burns the calories quickly before starting on the excess fat tissue. If you can take inspiration from me. I have found this really easy to do (no exercise involved, although I now enjoy taking my dog for daily walks) I started out at 250lbs and am at the time of writing 154lb. It really is fast! I have never felt or looked better. I get clothes that fit (yes I’m still short but hey you can’t have everything). I wish you the best of health.
